Research

Audience Focus engages in research projects that have wider applications to museum practice in a variety of settings. These research projects are often collaborative ventures involving other researchers and/or museums and cultural organizations. The focus of these research projects evolves out of our evaluation work and seeks to address questions raised by and considered useful to the professional field at large.

Audience Research

We conduct audience research that helps organizations learn more about who their audiences are, why they are coming, and their unique needs and interests. 

Education Research

We engage in informal education research in order to advance theories of learning. This research helps advance knowledge in the field and can be adapted more broadly and across contexts.
